Website Review
We spend an hour with you identifying the primary, secondary and tertiary objectives of your website. For instance: Is your goal to sell a service or product? Is your goal to generate sales leads? Is your goal to build an opt-in email list? Perhaps it’s all of the above. We execute a thorough review of your website to identify if your site layout and design is conversion friendly.
Google Analytics Installation
We install Google Analytics and setup tracking, so we can collect information about the number of unique visitors coming to your website, what keywords brought them there, how much time they spent on your site, and what action they took while they were there. Google Analytics also enable us to setup events and goal tracking to measure your site’s performance.
Reviews and Recommendations
Each month, we spend time reviewing the information we provide you. Data sets can often be difficult to interpret and understand. Numbers, bar graphs and charts can be boring and put you to sleep – we don’t want that. We’ll develop a story for you based on the data, to help you understand what the it means. From there, we can work with you, your SEO team, or your web development team, to help implement the recommendations we feel can help improve your website’s conversion optimization.
Analytics Data Reporting

Keyword Conversion Tracking
Based on your selected conversion optimization package, we track the performance of you keywords. This is an advanced method of tracking: We set a specific goal based on your website’s objective and measure it using the keywords associated with it.
Example: If your primary objective is for a visitor to fill out a contact form, then a path for that keyword would be created to track its performance.
Web Copy/Message Analysis
SEO is an excellent way to create awareness and rank your site for your keywords. But once a visitor arrives at your site, it is your message or offer that compels them to take action. Attention spans are short – we only get one chance to pull a visitor into a site. Therefore, your site must be clear and concise.

Heatmap Installation & Reporting
A Heatmap can help you understand site usability, whereas analytcs helps you define the user. Tying these two tools together is a surefire way to fully understand who and how people are using your website. While some of the data produced is similar to that of the Google Analytics platform, Heatmaps will show exactly where visitors click on your web pages, where the content is regularly consumed, and what items and content they are interacting with. This is essential conversion optimization data that shows you precisely where your calls-to-action and most important content should be on the page. We use this actionable data to recommend changes and testing in an A/B environment.
Mock Up (Home Page Only)
When the ADVANCED package is purchased, we put together a graphic mock up based on the data we collect. This mock up will be a new version of your current home page, designed to site specifications. We provide you with the proper .psd files to send to your web development team for implementation. If you don’t have a web development team, we can integrate it for you (subject to additional fees based on your static or dynamic web property). Mock ups will be allowed 3 revisions. To be clear, revisions are minor changes to the layout. Additional pages or internal pages can be reviewed mocked up for an additional charge.
A/B Testing
A/B testing allows us to test two versions of a web page at the same time, based on splitting the traffic between the them. Also called split testing, this method allows us to test the changes in the mock up against the current version of your home page. We can determine whether or not the changes that take place have an impact on usability. If there is no obvious impact, don’t worry – we will revise the mock-up until we get it right – at our expense. We’re confident that our changes will increase the usability and profitability of your site.

Based on the conversion optimization package you invest in, we provide one-on-one monthly support to answer any questions you have.
Price
Setup fees are required for conversion optimization packages due to the time it takes us to do the necessary upfront work that goes into optimizing your site for conversion. All website conversion optimization packages require a minimum 6-month commitment.
